Returns & Refund

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to return it *.

Make sure it's:

  • in its original condition
  • any tags are still attached
  • is still in the original packaging.

  • Let us know you'd like to make a return using our online form. Don't forget to keep your proof of postage receipt for tracking your return.

    * We cannot accept returns from the apothecary or baking sections.



    We'll try our best to make an exchange if you'd like one.

    We hope your Green Puppy order arrives in pristine condition. If it's damaged, develops a fault or we've sent you the wrong item, we'll refund you in full, plus the cost of getting it back to us.
    The usual 30-day return limit doesn't apply to damaged or faulty products.
    We'll ask you for a brief description of what's wrong and to email us a photo when you get in touch. This helps us with future orders.
    Let us know what's wrong with your order using our online form.



    We'll et you know by email whether we've been able to approve your refund. The cash will be sent back to the account you paid from.
    We aim to process refunds within 14 working days, but it's usually a lot less.
